Getting a refund from Kohl's is a joke - car seat


Now going on 2 months and still no refund. We returned a car seat (my mom ordered it as a gift, it was the wrong one). Took it back, was told we'd only receive refund for what the seat was currently worth ($40 less than what my mom paid). After an hour of talking to manager, we finally got a receipt for a "corporate refund" and were told we'd get a check in the mail. We have called the corporate refund line 10 times in last month with no answer...waiting on line for 30 minutes...leave a message or call back and they never respond. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not shop here ever again.
