HASSLE FREE? DONT THINK SO!!

My name is Angela I live in Tucson Arizona I got some gifts from my elderly aunt last Christmas of 2014 and I proceeded to take them back to Kohl's which is where they were purchased from in another state they were to 2 velour pant suits by Juicy Couture brand size extra large one was a large I wear a petite small I stood in line for 20 minutes then went into the supposed to go to customer service line for a very long time only to be directed to the gift return line..where on the wall behind the counter clearly states, " HASSLE FREE RETURNS,NO RECEIPT NO PROBLEM" So I asked for an exchange the girl coldly and firmly stated that I would have to get a refund and that they would notify me something in the mail 7 to 10 days with a check useable at kohls, I then inquired as to why I was going to have to get this in the mail and why couldn't I just get it on a gift card or go pick something and bring it back to her and get it cleared up right then because I drove there from another city and didn't want to come back so soon she stated it was because I had a previous exchange one previous exchange that was that was why I had to receive this investigative corporate refund So I said that's fine no problem,I have yet to receive anything in the mail or any replies via email from Kohl's I received one phone call from someone in Wisconsin I believe quizzing me while I was at work mind you during normal work hours flurry of questions I could not take the call I briefly explain to her what happened and I had to go back to work. Mr.Mansell let me say this much, between my 7 sister's and all my friends, co-workers and my fellow students at the U of A, that it's going to amount too much much more then what my total was when word of mouth gets around then how bad I was treated and how I was never Compensated for it...it will cost a lot more than $112.58 total Which isn't anywhere near the price she paid for them. T was on January 4th 2015. Reciept# 0688/0025/4236/3. I have attempted to contact Kohl's corporate offices with no luck I have been contacted by someone from the main office is only to be told that I was to investigate my aunt where she bought these from what store what she paid with and by the way my aunt has Alzheimer's very elderly lady she cannot use the phone let alone talk in a phone and hear what I'm saying so I am just very fed up and put out by this Mr Menzel this is to you the CEO of Kohl's department store I am going to go to my local television investigative News Crew, KGUN 9, ON YOUR SIDE" I am ready to send my complaints and I have also call the Better Business Bureau and now I am going to attempt to send this to you and to Brian Dennis for Customer Service please make this right. A simple gift card was all I asked for I did not want money back I cannot believe the hassle I have received and thousands of other people have receivedby the hands of your company and your employees I am a good person I am a hardworking honest loyal person and I am NOT a thief im not to be investigated I am merely trying to get my Christmas present that my aunt sent me.
